MOSCOW, Apr 15 (PRIME) -- Collection of premiums by Russian insurer RESO-Garantia increased by 12% to 121.364 billion rubles in 2021, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Insurance payments went up 26.7% to 63.122 billion rubles. The insurer signed 14.339 million contracts with clients with the insurance sum totaling more than 664.9 trillion rubles.
Collection of premiums in the car insurance segment grew by 8.2% to 73.75 billion rubles in the year, while premiums in the health insurance sector grew by 18.7% to 23.358 billion rubles.
